The hell that's COVID-19 has affected everybody, in numerous methods and to various levels. Other than the plain preliminary sickness repercussions, post-physical and ongoing emotional considerations have taken their toll.
It continues to separate us from family and friends.
The underside line for us seniors? Though we should be vigilant, we can not put our lives on maintain. We don’t have the posh of younger those who can wait this out. Allow us to not wallow in unhappiness and anxiousness.
